Article R512-24-1 of the French Consumer Code

Where goods are made available on the market by means of a remote communication technique, the authorised agents may order, where applicable under the conditions provided for in Article L. 512-16, of goods in order to subject them to the controls provided for in article L. 511-14.

The sample is provided with a label bearing the information mentioned in article R. 512-16-3.

A report is drawn up, which includes the information provided for in article R. 512-16-4.

Article R512-24-1

Lorsque des marchandises sont mises à disposition sur le marché au moyen d’une technique de communication à distance, les agents habilités peuvent commander, le cas échéant dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 512-16, des marchandises pour les soumettre aux contrôles prévus à l’article L. 511-14.

L’échantillon est muni d’une étiquette portant les indications mentionnées à l’article R. 512-16-3.

Un rapport est établi, qui comporte les mentions prévues à l’article R. 512-16-4.
