Article R512-24 of the French Consumer Code

The samples taken as part of the checks provided for in article L. 511-14 include a sample consisting of one or more units of the product depending on the requirements of the analyses or tests.
A report is drawn up in accordance with the conditions laid down in articles R. 512-10 and R. 512-11.
This sample is provided with a label bearing the information defined in article R. 512-13.

Article R512-24

Les prélèvements effectués dans le cadre des contrôles prévus à l’article L. 511-14 comportent un échantillon constitué d’une ou plusieurs unités du produit en fonction des nécessités des analyses ou des essais.
Ils donnent lieu à l’établissement d’un rapport dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 512-10 et R. 512-11.
Cet échantillon est muni d’une étiquette portant les indications définies à l’article R. 512-13.
Les échantillons prélevés ne donnent lieu à aucun remboursement.
