Article R512-24 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Board of Directors of the Confédération Nationale du Crédit Mutuel may impose one of the following sanctions on a member of the Crédit Mutuel who breaches the regulations in force:

1° A warning ;

2° a reprimand

3° Removal from the list provided for in article R. 512-21.

Article R512-24

Le conseil d’administration de la Confédération nationale du crédit mutuel peut prendre à l’égard d’un affilié du crédit mutuel qui enfreindrait la réglementation en vigueur l’une des sanctions suivantes :

1° L’avertissement ;

2° Le blâme ;

3° La radiation de la liste prévue à l’article R. 512-21.
