When the laboratories mentioned in articles R. 512-31 and R. 512-32 are unable to carry out the analyses or tests due to their exceptional specialisation or extreme urgency, the State laboratory responsible for the product in question shall, under its supervision, use the services of a laboratory able to provide the required services, or shall be assisted by an expert of its choice.
Lorsque les laboratoires mentionnés aux articles R. 512-31 et R. 512-32 ne peuvent effectuer les analyses ou essais en raison de leur caractère de spécialisation exceptionnel ou de l’extrême urgence, le laboratoire d’Etat dont relève le produit en cause recourt, sous son contrôle, à un laboratoire en mesure d’assurer les prestations requises, ou se fait assister d’un expert de son choix.
