Article R512-34 of the French Consumer Code

Laboratories, other than those mentioned in Article R. 512-32, carrying out their activities in another Member State of the European Union or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area are authorised to carry out analyses or tests on samples taken as part of a European cooperation action involving several Member States.

Article R512-34

Les laboratoires, autres que ceux mentionnés à l’article R. 512-32, exerçant leurs activités dans un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen sont admis à procéder aux analyses ou aux essais des échantillons prélevés dans le cadre d’une action de coopération européenne associant plusieurs Etats membres.
