Article R512-36 of the French Consumer Code

The State laboratory referred to in Article R. 512-31, draws up, as soon as its work is completed, or as soon as it receives the results of the analyses or tests entrusted to the laboratories authorised to carry out the expert appraisal pursuant to articles R. 512-32 to R. 512-34, a report in which the results of the examination and the analyses or tests to which the sample was subjected are recorded and interpreted.
When one of the laboratories mentioned in articles R. 512-32 to R. 512-34, its analysis or test reports are attached to the State laboratory report.
The State laboratory’s report is sent to the administrative department that registered the sample.

Article R512-36

Le laboratoire d’Etat, mentionné à l’article R. 512-31, dresse, dès l’achèvement de ses travaux, ou dès la réception des résultats des analyses ou essais confiés aux laboratoires admis à procéder à l’expertise en application des articles R. 512-32 à R. 512-34, un rapport où sont consignés et interprétés les résultats de l’examen et des analyses ou essais auxquels cet échantillon a donné lieu.
Lorsqu’il est fait appel à un des laboratoires mentionnés aux articles R. 512-32 à R. 512-34, ses rapports d’analyses ou d’essais sont joints au rapport du laboratoire d’Etat.
Le rapport du laboratoire d’Etat est adressé au service administratif qui a enregistré le prélèvement.
