Article R512-8 of the French Consumer Code

When the authorised agents observe infringements or breaches under the conditions set out in article L. 512-16, they shall draw up a report setting out the procedures for consulting and using the website, in particular:
1° The name, position and administrative residence of the authorised official;
2° The assumed identity under which the authorised official conducted the inspection;
3° The date and time of the inspection;
4° The procedures for connecting to the site and gathering information.

Lorsque les agents habilités constatent des infractions ou manquements dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 512-16, ils dressent un procès-verbal dans lequel sont mentionnées les modalités de consultation et d’utilisation du site internet, notamment :
1° Les noms, qualité et résidence administrative de l’agent habilité ;
2° L’identité d’emprunt sous laquelle l’agent habilité a conduit le contrôle ;
3° La date et l’heure du contrôle ;
4° Les modalités de connexion au site et de recueil des informations.
