Article R5123-1 of the French Labour Code

The Minister responsible for employment shall initiate the redeployment, placement and vocational retraining measures provided for in article L. 5123-1 and may grant the individual redeployment assistance referred to in articles L. 5123-2 and L. 5123-3 after obtaining the opinion of the National Commission for Collective Bargaining, Employment and Vocational Training.

Article R5123-1

Le ministre chargé de l’emploi engage les actions de reclassement, de placement et de reconversion professionnelle prévues à l’article L. 5123-1 et peut accorder les aides individuelles au reclassement mentionnées aux articles L. 5123-2 et L. 5123-3 après avis de la Commission nationale de la négociation collective, de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle.
