Article R5123-26 of the French Labour Code

An agreement concluded between the State, the company and the management body designated by the professional agreement to pay the allowance to the beneficiaries of the cessation of activity on behalf of the company indicates the maximum number of employees who may be placed in cessation of activity during the period provided for in 6° of article R. 5123-23.

Une convention conclue entre l’Etat, l’entreprise et, l’organisme gestionnaire désigné par l’accord professionnel pour effectuer, au nom de l’entreprise, le versement de l’allocation aux bénéficiaires de la cessation d’activité indique le nombre maximum de salariés susceptibles d’être placés en cessation d’activité pendant la période prévue au 6° de l’article R. 5123-23.
