No agreement for the cessation of activity may be entered into with a company that has already entered into an agreement for the allocation of the special allowance for older workers, during the period in which employees may join the latter agreement.

Aucune convention au titre de la cessation d’activité ne peut être conclue avec une entreprise ayant déjà conclu une convention en vue de l’attribution de l’allocation spéciale pour les travailleurs âgés, durant la période pendant laquelle les salariés peuvent adhérer à cette dernière convention.
