Article R5123-7 of the French Labour Code

The training agreements shall specify in particular:
1° The purpose, nature and duration of the training provided and the expected number of trainees;
2° The conditions for setting up and running the training courses;
3° The technical supervision enabling, in particular, the training time used as a basis for the State’s contribution to running costs to be determined;
4° The conditions for covering the costs of the instructors’ training and their remuneration;
5° The State’s contribution to the cost of labour and depreciation of machinery and, where applicable, for homogeneous training sections, its contribution to the cost of equipment and fitting out of premises;
6° The part of the trainees’ remuneration and social security contributions paid by the State in the case of adaptation or prevention courses, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 6341-2, L. 6341-9 and R. 6341-10.

Les conventions de formation déterminent notamment :
1° L’objet, la nature et la durée de la formation dispensée ainsi que le nombre prévu de stagiaires ;
2° Les conditions de création et de fonctionnement des stages ;
3° Le contrôle technique permettant notamment de fixer le temps de formation servant de base à la participation de l’Etat aux dépenses de fonctionnement ;
4° Les conditions de prise en charge des frais de formation pédagogique des moniteurs et de leur rémunération ;
5° La participation de l’Etat aux dépenses de matières d’œuvre et d’amortissement des machines, et éventuellement, pour les sections homogènes de formation, sa participation à l’équipement en matériel et à l’aménagement des locaux ;
6° La partie de la rémunération et des charges sociales des stagiaires pris en charge par l’Etat dans le cas des stages d’adaptation ou de prévention, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 6341-2, L. 6341-9 et R. 6341-10.
