Article R5126-20 of the French Public Health Code

An in-house pharmacy may have legal entities mentioned in article L. 4211-5 provide the following services under the conditions laid down in that article:

1° The supply of gases for medical use to patients hospitalised at home;

2° The supply of oxygen for medical use to people accommodated by an establishment mentioned in 3° of article R. 5126-1.

Une pharmacie à usage intérieur peut faire assurer par des personnes morales mentionnées à l’article L. 4211-5 et dans les conditions prévues par cet article :

1° La délivrance de gaz à usage médical destinés à des patients hospitalisés à domicile ;

2° La délivrance d’oxygène à usage médical aux personnes hébergées par un établissement mentionné au 3° de l’article R. 5126-1.
