Article R5126-23 of the French Public Health Code

Internal-use pharmacies operate in accordance with the good practices provided for in article L. 5121-5 and the good hospital pharmacy practices, the principles of which are laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

The conditions under which the medicinal products, products or objects mentioned in articles L. 5121-1 and L. 5137-2, other than those concerned by the order provided for in article R. 5132-42, are held, prescribed and dispensed, are set by order of the Minister for Health. This order also sets the conditions for holding and dispensing products required for research under the provisions of article L. 5126-7.

Article R5126-23

Les pharmacies à usage intérieur fonctionnent conformément aux bonnes pratiques prévues à l’article L. 5121-5 et aux bonnes pratiques de pharmacie hospitalière dont les principes sont fixés par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

Les conditions dans lesquelles les médicaments, produits ou objets mentionnés aux articles L. 5121-1 et L. 5137-2, autres que ceux concernés par l’arrêté prévu à l’article R. 5132-42, sont détenus, prescrits et dispensés, sont fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé. Cet arrêté fixe en outre les conditions de détention et de dispensation des produits nécessaires à la recherche dans le cadre des dispositions de l’article L. 5126-7.
