Article R5131-20 of the French Labour Code

I.-The allowance referred to in article L. 5131-6 gives entitlement to a monthly amount equivalent to the lump sum set by decree, after deduction of:

1° The resources referred to in article R. 5131-21;

2° The fraction exceeding the amount set in 1° of article D. 5131-23 of the total resources referred to in article R. 5131-22, weighted by the degressivity coefficient referred to in 2° of article D. 5131-23.

II – Resources other than those mentioned in I and article R. 5131-24 may be combined in full with the allowance.

I.-L’allocation mentionnée à l’article L. 5131-6 ouvre droit à un montant mensuel équivalent au montant forfaitaire fixé par décret, déduction faite :


1° Des ressources mentionnées à l’article R. 5131-21 ;


2° De la fraction excédant le montant fixé au 1° de l’article D. 5131-23 du total des ressources mentionnées à l’article R. 5131-22, pondérée par le coefficient de dégressivité mentionné au 2° de l’article D. 5131-23.


II.-Les ressources autres que celles mentionnées au I et à l’article R. 5131-24 sont intégralement cumulables avec l’allocation.
