Article R5131-26 of the French Labour Code

The youth commitment contract is implemented by the public or private bodies mentioned in article L. 5131-6, under the conditions set out in this sub-section. These bodies may also contribute to the implementation of the youth commitment contract in conjunction with the bodies mentioned in article L. 5314-1 or Pôle emploi. The provisions of the youth commitment contract define the framework for the involvement of each party.

Payment of the allowance referred to in the same article is made by Pôle emploi or by the Agency for Services and Payments under conditions set out in an agreement signed by the State with each of these two operators and the public or private bodies concerned.

Article R5131-26

Le contrat d’engagement jeune est mis en œuvre par les organismes publics ou privés mentionnés à l’article L. 5131-6, dans les conditions prévues à la présente sous-section. Ces organismes peuvent également concourir à la mise en œuvre du contrat d’engagement jeune de manière conjointe avec les organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 5314-1 ou Pôle emploi. Les dispositions du contrat d’engagement jeune définissent le cadre d’intervention de chaque partie.

Le versement de l’allocation mentionnée au même article est réalisé par Pôle emploi ou par l’Agence des services et des paiements dans des conditions prévues par convention conclue par l’Etat avec chacun de ces deux opérateurs et les organismes publics ou privés concernés.
