Article R5132-25 of the French Labour Code

The financial aid mentioned in articles R. 5132-23 and R. 5132-24-1 is paid, on behalf of the State, by the Agence de services et de paiement.

This aid cannot be combined with any other State-funded employment aid for the same position.

In the event of a change in the legal status of the employer within the meaning of Article L. 1224-1, the new employer is substituted for the rights and obligations of the initial employer resulting from the agreement provided for in Article R. 5132-12.

Article R5132-25

L’aide financière mentionnée aux articles R. 5132-23 et R. 5132-24-1 est versée, pour le compte de l’Etat, par l’Agence de services et de paiement.

Cette aide ne peut se cumuler pour un même poste avec une autre aide à l’emploi financée par l’Etat.

En cas de modification de la situation juridique de l’employeur au sens de l’article L. 1224-1, le nouvel employeur est substitué dans les droits et obligations de l’employeur initial résultant de la convention prévue à l’article R. 5132-12.
