Article R5132-46 of the French Labour Code

The purpose of the Inclusion Development Fund is to contribute to the financing of:

1° Aid for the consultancy needed to identify, draw up and monitor projects to develop the activities of the organisations mentioned in article L. 5132-2;

2° Aid for the start-up, development and, exceptionally, consolidation of the activities of these organisations.

Article R5132-46

Le fonds de développement de l’inclusion a pour objet de concourir au financement :

1° D’aides au conseil nécessaires à l’identification, à l’élaboration et au suivi des projets de développement d’activités des organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 5132-2 ;

2° D’aides au démarrage, au développement et, à titre exceptionnel, à la consolidation de l’activité de ces organismes.
