Article R5134-14 of the French Labour Code

Pôle emploi, the organisations mentioned in article L. 5314-1 and in 1° bis of article L. 5311-4, as well as the education authority rectors for the contracts mentioned in article L. 5134-125, may allocate work integration aid on behalf of the State in application of article L. 5134-19-1, as part of the work integration missions that the State entrusts to them by means of an agreement or a contract and within the limit of the financial envelope that it notifies to each organisation annually.

Pôle emploi, les organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 5314-1 et au 1° bis de l’article L. 5311-4, ainsi que les recteurs d’académie pour les contrats mentionnés à l’article L. 5134-125, peuvent attribuer pour le compte de l’Etat des aides à l’insertion professionnelle en application de l’article L. 5134-19-1, dans le cadre des missions d’insertion professionnelle que l’Etat leur confie par une convention ou par un marché et dans la limite de l’enveloppe financière qu’il notifie annuellement à chaque organisme.
