Article R5134-15 of the French Labour Code

When the bodies mentioned in article L. 5314-1 and in 1° bis of article L. 5311-4, as well as the academy rectors for the contracts mentioned in article L. 5134-125 take decisions or allocate aid for professional integration, on behalf of the State in application of article L. 5134-19-1, they also rule on behalf of the State in the event of appeals lodged against these decisions. Priority appeals are referred to the Regional Prefect.

Article R5134-15

Lorsque les organismes mentionnés à l’article L. 5314-1 et au 1° bis de l’article L. 5311-4, ainsi que les recteurs d’académie pour les contrats mentionnés à l’article L. 5134-125 prennent des décisions ou attribuent des aides à l’insertion professionnelle, pour le compte de l’Etat en application de l’article L. 5134-19-1, ils statuent également au nom de l’Etat en cas de recours gracieux formés contre ces décisions. Les recours hiérarchiques sont portés devant le préfet de région.
