Article R5134-16 of the French Labour Code

The annual agreement on objectives and resources provided for in article L. 5134-19-4 includes an appendix, the model for which is set by order of the minister responsible for employment, listing the rates of reimbursement of financial assistance defined in application of the last paragraph of article L. 5134-19-1, the fifth and sixth paragraphs of article L. 5134-19-4. This appendix also mentions the forecast number of work integration aids allocated by the President of the Departmental Council, depending on whether the aid is partly or wholly funded by the Department.

The annual agreement on objectives and resources may be amended during the year by means of a rider.

Article R5134-16

La convention annuelle d’objectifs et de moyens prévue à l’article L. 5134-19-4 comporte une annexe, dont le modèle est fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’emploi, faisant apparaître la liste des taux de prise en charge de l’aide financière définis en application du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 5134-19-1, du cinquième et du sixième alinéa de l’article L. 5134-19-4. Cette annexe mentionne également le nombre prévisionnel d’aides à l’insertion professionnelle attribuées par le président du conseil départemental, selon que l’aide est financée pour partie ou en totalité par le département.

La convention annuelle d’objectifs et de moyens peut être modifiée en cours d’année par avenant.
