Article R5134-19 of the French Labour Code

The categories of personal data recorded are as follows:

1° Family name and, where applicable, surname, forenames, gender and date of birth;

2° Nationality, in one of the following forms:

-French ;

a national of a Member State of the European Union; – a national of a Member State of the European Union;

-national of a third country.

3° The registration number in the national register for the identification of natural persons;

4° Level of education;

5° Address;

6° Where applicable, the registration number on the jobseekers’ list and the duration of this registration;

7° Where applicable, an indication of whether the person is in receipt of the revenu de solidarité active (active solidarity income) financed by the département, the recipient’s number, the organisation responsible for payment and the length of time the person has been in receipt of this allowance;

8° Where applicable, an indication of whether the person is in receipt of the specific solidarity allowance, the disabled adults’ allowance or the temporary waiting allowance and the length of time they have been in receipt of this allowance;

9° Where applicable, an indication of whether the person is recognised as a beneficiary of the obligation to employ disabled workers, in the case of the persons mentioned in Article L. 5212-13;

10° The data mentioned in 2°, 3° and 4° of article R. 5134-17.

Article R5134-19

Les catégories de données à caractère personnel enregistrées sont les suivantes :

1° Le nom de famille et, le cas échéant, le nom d’usage, les prénoms, le sexe et la date de naissance ;

2° La nationalité, sous l’une des formes suivantes :

-français ;

-ressortissant d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ;

-ressortissant d’un Etat tiers.

3° Le numéro d’inscription au répertoire national d’identification des personnes physiques ;

4° Le niveau de formation ;

5° L’adresse ;

6° Le cas échéant, le numéro d’inscription sur la liste des demandeurs d’emploi et la durée de cette inscription ;

7° Le cas échéant, l’indication de la qualité de bénéficiaire du revenu de solidarité active financé par le département, le numéro d’allocataire, l’organisme en charge du versement et la durée pendant laquelle il a bénéficié de cette allocation ;

8° Le cas échéant, l’indication de la qualité de bénéficiaire de l’allocation de solidarité spécifique, de l’allocation aux adultes handicapés ou de l’allocation temporaire d’attente et la durée pendant laquelle il a bénéficié de cette allocation ;

9° Le cas échéant, l’indication de la reconnaissance de la qualité de bénéficiaire de l’obligation d’emploi des travailleurs handicapés, pour les personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 5212-13 ;

10° Les données mentionnées aux 2°, 3° et 4° de l’article R. 5134-17.
