Article R5134-23 of the French Labour Code

Personal data may not be kept beyond the period required to carry out the operations provided for in article R. 5134-18 and for a maximum of one year after the end of the employability assistance.

However, in the event of a dispute relating to employability assistance, the corresponding data is kept until a final court decision.

The recording, use, storage and transmission of this data will be carried out in such a way as to guarantee its confidentiality.

Les données à caractère personnel ne peuvent être conservées au-delà de la période nécessaire à la conduite des opérations prévues à l’article R. 5134-18 et au maximum un an après le terme de l’aide à l’insertion professionnelle.

Toutefois, en cas de contentieux relatif à une aide à l’insertion professionnelle, les données correspondantes sont conservées jusqu’à une décision de justice devenue définitive.

L’enregistrement, l’utilisation, la conservation et la transmission de ces données sont réalisés selon des modalités propres à garantir leur confidentialité.
