Article R5134-31 of the French Labour Code

Pursuant to article L. 5134-23-2, an employer wishing to extend a job placement subsidy under an employment support contract must submit a prior request to the authority that granted the initial subsidy.

This reasoned request must be accompanied by an assessment of the support and training provided, in particular assistance in taking up the post, refresher courses, the acquisition of new skills, training leading to a qualification, or the completion of an immersion period. The employer must also attach to its request a document listing the support and training measures it plans to implement during the extension period.

En application de l’article L. 5134-23-2, l’employeur qui souhaite prolonger une aide à l’insertion professionnelle au titre d’un contrat d’accompagnement dans l’emploi adresse à l’autorité qui a attribué l’aide initiale une demande préalable.

Cette demande motivée est accompagnée d’un bilan des actions réalisées en matière d’accompagnement et de formation, notamment des actions d’aide à la prise de poste, de remise à niveau, d’acquisition de nouvelles compétences, de formation qualifiante, ou de la réalisation d’une période d’immersion. L’employeur joint également à sa demande un document répertoriant les actions d’accompagnement et de formation qu’il envisage de mettre en œuvre pendant la période de prolongation.
