The maximum duration of twenty-four months of work integration assistance may, for the persons mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 5134-23-1, be extended to sixty months by successive extension decisions of a maximum of one year.
The age condition mentioned in the first paragraph of articles L. 5134-23-1 and L. 5134-25-1 is assessed at the end of the maximum duration of the aid.
La durée maximale de vingt-quatre mois de l’aide à l’insertion professionnelle peut, pour les personnes mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 5134-23-1, être portée, par décisions de prolongation successives d’un an au plus, à soixante mois.
La condition d’âge mentionnée au premier alinéa des articles L. 5134-23-1 et L. 5134-25-1 s’apprécie à l’échéance de la durée maximale de l’aide.
