Article R5134-36 of the French Labour Code

In application of article L. 5134-26, for the purposes of calculating remuneration, the number of hours worked per week is deemed to be equal to the contractual working time.

The provisional schedule for the distribution of working hours over the year or the period covered by the employment contract is indicated in the employment contract.

This provisional programme may be modified provided that this possibility has been provided for in the employment contract. In this case, any changes must be made at least fifteen days in advance.

En application de l’article L. 5134-26, pour le calcul de la rémunération, le nombre d’heures hebdomadaires de travail accomplies est réputé égal à la durée du travail contractuelle.

Le programme prévisionnel de la répartition de la durée du travail sur l’année ou sur la période couverte par le contrat de travail est indiqué dans le contrat de travail.

Ce programme prévisionnel peut être modifié à la condition que cette possibilité ait été prévue dans le contrat de travail. En ce cas, sa modification éventuelle respecte un délai de prévenance de quinze jours au moins.
