Article R5141-20 of the French Labour Code

The maximum amount of aid allocated to a project, depending on whether it is individual, collective or concerns employees taking over their company in difficulty as provided for in 6° of article L. 5141-1, as well as the characteristics of the additional financing mentioned in article R. 5141-18, are determined by joint order of the ministers responsible for employment, the economy and the budget.

Article R5141-20

Le montant maximum de l’aide attribuée à un projet, selon que celui-ci est individuel, collectif ou concerne les salariés repreneurs de leur entreprise en difficulté prévus au 6° de l’article L. 5141-1, ainsi que les caractéristiques du financement complémentaire mentionné à l’article R. 5141-18, sont déterminés par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de l’emploi, de l’économie et du budget.
