Article R5141-24 of the French Labour Code

In the cases provided for in articles R. 5141-22 and R. 5141-23, the application for a repayable advance is sent to the authorised body, which issues the applicant with a certificate of deposit and decides on the application within two months of the date of deposit.
It notifies the applicant of its decision and simultaneously informs the Prefect and URSSAF.
If no reply is received within two months, the application is deemed to be rejected.

Dans les cas prévus aux articles R. 5141-22 et R. 5141-23, le dossier de demande d’avance remboursable est adressé à l’organisme habilité qui délivre au demandeur une attestation de dépôt et statue sur la demande dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la date du dépôt.
Il notifie sa décision au demandeur et en informe simultanément le préfet et l’URSSAF.
En cas de non-réponse dans le délai de deux mois, la demande est réputée rejetée.
