Article R5141-27 of the French Labour Code

The accredited body will send the Prefect or the Minister for Employment a half-yearly activity report including, in particular, the list of projects assisted, the conditions under which they were carried out, the amount of financial aid granted and the amount and nature of additional funding mobilised.
The accredited body also sends the Prefect an annual evaluation report covering, in particular, the consolidation and development of the projects assisted.

L’organisme habilité communique au préfet ou au ministre chargé de l’emploi, un rapport d’activité semestriel comprenant notamment la liste des projets aidés, les conditions de leur réalisation, le montant des aides financières accordées, ainsi que le montant et la nature des financements complémentaires mobilisés.
L’organisme habilité communique également au préfet un rapport annuel d’évaluation portant notamment sur la consolidation et le développement des projets aidés.
