Article R5151-16 of the French Labour Code

Any holder of a personal activity account wishing to acquire rights registered on their personal training account in respect of the activities mentioned in 6° of article L. 5151-9 must declare to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, by 30 June each year at the latest, the number of hours they have worked during the previous calendar year as a volunteer sitting on the association’s administrative or management body or participating in the supervision of other volunteers.

Le titulaire du compte personnel d’activité souhaitant acquérir des droits inscrits sur son compte personnel de formation au titre des activités mentionnées au 6° de l’article L. 5151-9 déclare à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations, au plus tard le 30 juin de chaque année, le nombre d’heures qu’il a réalisées au cours de l’année civile précédente en tant que bénévole siégeant dans l’organe d’administration ou de direction de l’association ou participant à l’encadrement d’autres bénévoles.
