Article R5151-19 of the French Labour Code

A national teleservice called “Le Compte Bénévole” (Volunteer Account), under the responsibility of the ministry in charge of associations, enables the declaration provided for in article R. 5151-16 and its transmission to one of the persons responsible for the administration or management of the association for certification of the accuracy of the data provided for in article R. 5151-17.

A national teleservice called “Le Compte Asso”, placed under the responsibility of the ministry in charge of associative life, enables this attestation and the transmission of the data provided for in the previous paragraph to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

Un téléservice national dénommé : “ Le Compte Bénévole ”, placé sous la responsabilité du ministère chargé de la vie associative, permet la déclaration prévue à l’article R. 5151-16 et sa transmission à l’une des personnes chargées de l’administration ou de la direction de l’association pour l’attestation de l’exactitude des données prévue à l’article R. 5151-17.

Un téléservice national dénommé : “ Le Compte Asso ”, placé sous la responsabilité du ministère chargé de la vie associative permet cette attestation et la transmission des données prévues à l’alinéa précédent à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
