Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations or its agents will make repayments to the collector of the institution in whose name the voluntary deposit was made, in accordance with the mandates of the competent prefects, mayors or administrators.

La Caisse des dépôts et consignations ou ses préposés effectuent les remboursements entre les mains du receveur de l’établissement au nom duquel le dépôt volontaire a été fait, d’après les mandats des préfets, des maires ou administrateurs compétents.
