Article R518-68 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Minister responsible for the economy may withdraw approval :

1° Either at the request of the company, giving reasons ;

2° Or ex officio, if the company no longer complies with the conditions to which the authorisation is subject, or the obligations mentioned in Article R. 518-69, or if the company has not made use of its authorisation within a period of twenty-four months or has not been in business for at least six months;

3° Or if the company has not complied with the recommendations mentioned in article R. 518-67 within a period set by the Minister.

Article R518-68

Le ministre chargé de l’économie peut retirer l’agrément :

1° Soit sur demande motivée de la société ;

2° Soit d’office, lorsque la société ne respecte plus les conditions auxquelles l’agrément est subordonné, ou les obligations mentionnées à l’article R. 518-69, ou lorsque la société n’a pas fait usage de son agrément dans un délai de vingt-quatre mois ou qu’elle n’exerce plus son activité depuis au moins six mois ;

3° Soit si la société ne s’est pas conformée aux recommandations mentionnées à l’article R. 518-67 dans un délai fixé par le ministre.
