Article R518-57 of the French Monetary and Financial Code
The authorisation referred to in 5° of Article L. 511-6 is issued by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution in accordance with the provisions of this sub-section.

The authorisation referred to in 5° of Article L. 511-6 is issued by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution in accordance with the provisions of this sub-section.
I. – Applications for authorisation are made to the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution. A receipt will be issued upon receipt of all the documents required to examine the application.
