Article R522-24-7 of the French Commercial code

To consult the information site accessible online provided for in the third paragraph of Article L. 522-37-4, the applicant shall provide the following information:

1° On the constituent:

a) If the constituent is a natural person who is a trader : his surname, forenames, date and place of birth and unique identification number supplemented, where applicable, by the words RCS followed by the name of the town where the registry where he is registered is located;

b) If he is a non-trading natural person or a settlor in a non-professional capacity : his surname, forenames, date and place of birth and domicile;

c) In the case of a legal entity: its form, company name, the address of its registered office and, where applicable, the unique identification number supplemented, where applicable, by the words RCS followed by the name of the town where the registry where it is registered is located;

2° On the goods : its raw material by reference to the list provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 522-37-1.

Each consultation may only relate to the same person and the same raw material.

Pour consulter le site d’information accessible en ligne prévu au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 522-37-4, le requérant fournit les éléments suivants :

1° Sur le constituant :

a) S’il s’agit d’une personne physique commerçante : ses nom, prénoms, date et lieu de naissance et le numéro unique d’identification complété, s’il y a lieu, par la mention RCS suivie du nom de la ville où se trouve le greffe où elle est immatriculée ;

b) S’il s’agit d’une personne physique non commerçante ou d’un constituant à titre non professionnel : ses nom, prénoms, date et lieu de naissance et son domicile ;

c) S’il s’agit d’une personne morale : sa forme, sa dénomination sociale, l’adresse de son siège social ainsi que, le cas échéant, le numéro unique d’identification complété, s’il y a lieu, par la mention RCS suivie du nom de la ville où se trouve le greffe où elle est immatriculée ;

2° Sur le bien : sa matière première par référence à la liste prévue au premier alinéa de l’article L. 522-37-1.

Chaque consultation ne peut porter que sur une même personne et une même matière première.
