Article R522-9 of the French Commercial code

Where the approval of a warehouse as a general shop is the subject of a decree or ministerial order, a copy of this decree or ministerial order shall be notified by the prefect to the Fédération nationale des prestataires logistiques et des magasins généraux agréés par l’Etat and to the territorial chamber of commerce and industry in whose district the warehouse concerned is located.

Article R522-9

Lorsque l’agrément d’un entrepôt comme magasin général fait l’objet d’un décret ou d’un arrêté ministériel, un exemplaire de ce décret ou de cet arrêté ministériel est notifié par les soins du préfet à la Fédération nationale des prestataires logistiques et des magasins généraux agréés par l’Etat et à la chambre de commerce et d’industrie territoriale dans la circonscription de laquelle est situé l’entrepôt intéressé.
