Article R526-11 of the French Commercial code

Each bank account opened by the entrepreneur for the purposes of the business activity to which assets have been assigned must contain in its heading the name provided for in 2° of article R. 526-3 as well as the words: “entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée” or the initials: “EIRL”.
