Article R526-12 of the French Commercial code

Within one month of renouncing the assignment provided for in Article L. 526-15, the sole trader shall cause a notice thereof to be entered in the register to which he is subject pursuant to Article L. 526-7. Within two months of renunciation, he shall file in the said register an updated descriptive statement of the assets, rights, obligations or sureties assigned to the business activity in kind, quality, quantity and value.

Article R526-12

Dans le mois suivant la renonciation à l’affectation prévue à l’article L. 526-15, l’entrepreneur individuel en fait porter la mention au registre dont il relève en application de l’article L. 526-7. Dans les deux mois suivant la renonciation, il dépose audit registre un état descriptif actualisé des biens, droits, obligations ou sûretés affectés à l’activité professionnelle en nature, qualité, quantité et valeur.
