Article R531-30 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons takes a decision of inadmissibility in the case provided for in 1° or 2° of Article L. 531-32, it shall rule within one month of the submission of the application or, if the grounds for inadmissibility are revealed during the interview, within one month of this interview.

Article R531-30

Lorsque l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides prend une décision d’irrecevabilité dans le cas prévu aux 1° ou 2° de l’article L. 531-32, il statue dans un délai d’un mois suivant l’introduction de la demande ou, si les motifs d’irrecevabilité sont révélés au cours de l’entretien, dans un délai d’un mois suivant cet entretien.
