The appeal is accompanied by the decision of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons. If the asylum application was placed under the accelerated procedure when it was registered, the appeal is accompanied by the information notice given to the person concerned by the administrative authority when the application was registered.
The appeal may be accompanied by any documents that may establish the validity of the application.
Any documents likely to establish the merits of the request may be attached to it. A detailed inventory of the documents submitted must be drawn up, listing them exhaustively under a heading that includes, for each of them, a number in ascending order and sufficiently explicit wording. Foreign language documents must be accompanied by a French translation. In the case of civil status documents as well as judicial or police documents, this translation must be certified as a true copy of the original by a sworn translator under the conditions set out in articles R. 141-1 to R. 141-12.
