Make An Appointment

Article R5421-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The interdepartmental institution may be dissolved, of its own accord or at the request of one or more of the associated departments, when the institution proves impossible to operate.

Dissolution is pronounced by decree issued after the assent of the Conseil d’Etat. This decree sets out the conditions for dissolution.

L’institution interdépartementale peut être dissoute, d’office ou sur demande d’un ou de plusieurs des départements associés, lorsque le fonctionnement de l’institution se révèle impossible.
