Article R55-6 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

If an appeal is lodged against the decision giving rise to the dispatch of the statement of conviction in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 55-5, the chief clerk shall give notice thereof to the accounting officer of the Directorate General of Public Finance and of the cancellation of the corresponding statement.

This notice is given no later than the second working day following the registration of the appeal.

Si une voie de recours est exercée contre la décision ayant donné lieu à l’envoi du relevé de condamnation conformément aux dispositions de l’article R. 55-5, le greffier en chef en donne avis au comptable de la direction générale des finances publiques ainsi que de l’annulation du relevé correspondant.

Cet avis est donné au plus tard le deuxième jour ouvrable suivant l’enregistrement du recours.
