Article R551-15 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The organisations approved pursuant to article L. 550-2 shall send the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration (French Office for Immigration and Integration) and the Prefect of the département a report on their activities each year, indicating:
1° The number of asylum seekers monitored at the end of the year;
2° The number of asylum seekers received during the year and the number of applicants whose domiciliation ended during the year;
3° The material and human resources available to the legal entity to carry out its domiciliation activity;
4° The conditions for implementing the specifications.

Article R551-15

Les organismes conventionnés en application de l’article L. 550-2 transmettent chaque année à l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration ainsi qu’au préfet de département un bilan de leur activité indiquant :
1° Le nombre de demandeurs d’asile suivis à la fin de l’année ;
2° Le nombre de demandeurs d’asile reçus dans l’année et le nombre de demandeurs dont la domiciliation a pris fin en cours d’année ;
3° Les moyens matériels et humains dont dispose la personne morale pour assurer son activité de domiciliation ;
4° Les conditions de mise en œuvre du cahier des charges.
