Article R551-8 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Organisations under agreement in application of article L. 550-2 or providing stable accommodation for asylum seekers will provide those concerned with a declaration of domicile, the model for which is set by order of the minister responsible for asylum.
This declaration is issued to asylum seekers in possession of an asylum application certificate. It specifies the name and address of the legal entity, the date of the declaration and, where applicable, a list of the open rights for which this declaration may be used.

Les organismes conventionnés en application de l’article L. 550-2 ou hébergeant de manière stable des demandeurs d’asile remettent aux intéressés une déclaration de domiciliation dont le modèle est fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’asile.
Cette déclaration est délivrée aux demandeurs d’asile en possession d’une attestation de demande d’asile. Elle précise le nom et l’adresse de la personne morale, la date de la déclaration, et, le cas échéant, l’énumération des droits ouverts pour lesquels cette déclaration peut être utilisée.
