Article R561-8 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A foreign national applying for a travel document must submit the following documents in support of their application:
1° The residence permit of which they are the holder;
2° Two recent, perfectly resembling, head-on, bare-head photographs, size 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm;
3° Proof of address or a declaration of domicile referred to in article R. 551-8.

L’étranger qui sollicite un titre de voyage présente les pièces suivantes à l’appui de sa demande :
1° Le titre de séjour dont il est titulaire ;
2° Deux photographies de face, tête nue, de format 3,5 cm × 4,5 cm, récentes et parfaitement ressemblantes ;
3° Un justificatif de domicile ou une déclaration de domiciliation mentionnée à l’article R. 551-8.
