Article R591-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:
1° References to the prefect are replaced by references to the representative of the State in the collectivity and references to the prefecture are replaced by references to the State services in the collectivity;
2° Article R. 521-7 does not apply;
3° In the second paragraph of Article R. 521-8, the word “other” is deleted;
4° In Article R. 521-9, the words “, or where his or her fingerprints taken pursuant to Article R. 521-7 are unusable,” are deleted;
5° In Article R. 521-18, the reference to Article R. 521-7 is deleted;
6° Articles R. 522-1 and R. 522-2 do not apply;
7° Articles R. 531-8 and R. 531-9 are not applicable;
8° The provisions of Title V are not applicable;
9° Article R. 571-1 is not applicable;
10° In the first paragraph of Article R. 581-8, the word: “other” is deleted;
11° Article R. 581-19 is not applicable.

Pour l’application du présent livre à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon :
1° Les références au préfet sont remplacées par la référence au représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité et les références à la préfecture sont remplacées par la référence aux services de l’Etat dans la collectivité ;
