The decision which provides for the benefit of provisions to the agent for the execution of the agreement, pursuant to Article R. 611-47, may specify that they will be allocated at the end of each of the years of the execution of the agreement. The annual amount of the advance shall be set by order communicated by the Registrar to the Public Prosecutor.
La décision qui prévoit le bénéfice de provisions au mandataire à l’exécution de l’accord, en application de l’article R. 611-47, peut préciser qu’elles seront allouées au terme de chacune des années de l’exécution de l’accord. Le montant annuel de la provision est fixé par ordonnance communiquée par le greffier au ministère public.
