Article R612-7 of the French Commercial code

When the report is drawn up by the statutory auditor, the legal representative of the legal entity shall notify the statutory auditor of the agreements referred to in article L. 612-5 within one month of the conclusion of said agreements.

Lorsque le rapport est établi par le commissaire aux comptes, le représentant légal de la personne morale avise ce dernier des conventions mentionnées à l’article L. 612-5 dans le délai d’un mois à compter de la conclusion desdites conventions.
