Article R6121-1 of the French Labour Code

The authorisation provided for in article L. 6121-2-1 is included in an agreement between the region and a body, which entrusts the latter with a service of general economic interest.

In return for fair financial compensation, the agreement entrusts this organisation with the task of implementing vocational integration and training initiatives for young people and adults experiencing learning or integration difficulties, with a view to their access to the labour market.

It is issued in accordance with the procedure set out in articles R. 6121-2 to R. 6121-7. The public procurement code does not apply to it.

Article R6121-1

L’habilitation prévue à l’article L. 6121-2-1 est insérée dans une convention conclue entre la région et un organisme, qui confie à celui-ci un mandat de service d’intérêt économique général.

Elle charge cet organisme, en contrepartie d’une juste compensation financière, de mettre en œuvre des actions d’insertion et de formation professionnelle à destination des jeunes et des adultes rencontrant des difficultés d’apprentissage ou d’insertion, visant leur accès au marché du travail.

Elle est délivrée selon la procédure prévue aux articles R. 6121-2 à R. 6121-7. Le code des marchés publics ne lui est pas applicable.
