Article R6121-5 of the French Labour Code

Once the applicants have submitted their proposals, the region may ask them for information other than that mentioned in article R. 6121-4, depending on the selection criteria adopted. It may also ask a candidate to complete its file and inform the other candidates accordingly.

It may authorise candidates to propose variants to the authorisation file mentioned in article R. 6121-3, subject to compliance with the minimum requirements it defines.

It may ask applicants to clarify, improve or adapt their proposal in order to better meet the public service obligations mentioned in the authorisation file. If it chooses to make such a request of only certain applicants, it will inform the other applicants, giving the reasons for doing so.

Après le dépôt des propositions des candidats, la région peut solliciter de leur part des éléments autres que ceux mentionnés à l’article R. 6121-4, en fonction des critères de sélection retenus. Elle peut également demander à un candidat de compléter son dossier et en informe alors les autres candidats.

Elle peut autoriser les candidats à proposer des variantes au dossier d’habilitation mentionné à l’article R. 6121-3, sous réserve du respect des exigences minimales qu’elle définit.

Elle peut demander aux candidats de préciser, améliorer ou adapter leur proposition afin de mieux répondre aux obligations de service public mentionnées dans le dossier d’habilitation. Si elle choisit de ne faire cette demande qu’à certains candidats, elle en informe les autres candidats en leur en donnant la raison.
