I.-The accreditation agreement contains the information set out in 1° to 11° of article R. 6121-3 and mentions the rights and commitments of the chosen organisation.
It is signed by the successful applicant and then by the President of the Regional Council. The successful candidate is then notified so that it can be implemented.
II -Where the financial compensation is equal to or greater than the threshold for the formalised procedure applicable to other contracting authorities, mentioned in appendix no. 2 of the Public Procurement Code, the authorisation agreement is the subject of an award notice sent to the Office for Official Publications of the European Union.
III – No later than six months before the expiry of the authorisation agreement, the signatory organisation provides the region with information enabling it to assess quantitatively and qualitatively the fulfilment of the public service mission it is carrying out, with regard to the objectives of the latter and the indicators mentioned in 10° of article R. 6121-3.
